Greetings!  Thanks for stopping by energEAT.  Here you can find out a little bit of information about me.

After stalking countless other food blogs for too long, I decided to embark on the journey of writing my own page where I can share healthy recipes and pretty pictures with you.

I love to cook and eat.  I’m also very athletically engaged; I am a runner, a rower, and a bicyclist.  The food I put in my body has a big impact on how I perform, and thus I eat to win: eating healthy foods helps make sure that I’m maximizing my potential for victory.  At the same time, though, I want my food to taste good.  That’s where this blog comes in!

energEAT is a combination of my passion for food and my healthful conscience.  Here you will always be able to find food that will nourish both your body and your taste buds.  I hope you enjoy looking around and sampling some of what energEAT has to offer!  Happy eating. 🙂

  1. can you suggest any palatable formulations for home-made sports drinks? My daughter has recently been experimenting with said beverage and the results have been less-than satisfactory.
